IFAPAC & Government Relations Committees

The IFAPAC Committee develops program activities to promote membership in the Insurance and Financial Advisors Political Action Committee and to aid the individual members in becoming more knowledgeable and involved in effective politics and government. The political action committee is a vital link to the government, and is an important part of NAIFA-Atlanta's program.

The Committee on Government Relations examines laws and regulations, existing or proposed, affecting the life and health insurance business and those engaging in it and submit its recommendations concerning such laws and regulations to the Board of Directors. The committee assists in the implementation of the legislative programs of NAIFA and NAIFA-Georgia.
