Legislation Committee

The Committee on Legislation examines laws and regulations, existing or proposed, affecting the life and health insurance business and those engaging in it and submit its recommendations concerning such laws and regulations to the Board of Directors. The committee assists in the implementation of the legislative programs of NAIFA and NAIFA-Georgia.
